Press-note draft / Studio example

Signal & Syllable offers a focused visibility and enquiry pilot for B2B businesses.

Signal & Syllable, an independent marketing and media studio, offers Recallant: a scoped review that helps a business examine one buyer question and decide what to improve first.

The defined pilot covers one domain and up to ten public pages. Its deliverables are up to five prioritised findings, one priority-page draft of up to 1,000 words, an enquiry recommendation and one consolidated revision.

The pilot is priced at ₹14,400 plus applicable taxes. Target delivery is five working days after complete intake; the proposal confirms the scope, timing and commercial terms.

Authorised, supplied answer captures can be reviewed within the agreed limit of up to 25 captures across five questions. Without supplied captures, the engagement is a website review. Fresh answer sampling, implementation, ongoing monitoring and paid tools are separate scopes.

The studio publishes an original saved-answer research specimen and an offer one-pager so prospective buyers can inspect the method and boundaries before enquiring.

Studio commentary

Keep the observation
and the outcome distinct.

Visibility evidence is more useful when each observation keeps its meaning. A mention says that a brand appeared in a response. An owned-site citation says that a response linked to that domain. A visit, enquiry and customer engagement are later events with different evidence requirements.

A practical review can recommend a page improvement without claiming that a sampled absence proves a defect, or that an edit will cause a ranking change. State the buyer question, retain the source and make the proposed next step inspectable.

Written as the studio’s point of view. It is not a quotation attributed to an unapproved person or a claim of specialist credentials.
